Archive

Below is an archive of some of my old sites. (This is more for me than you.)

G3 (1998-2001): When I was 7, I wanted to start a company which I called G-3 which stood for "Generation 3000." The name just sounded cool. Companies had websites. I needed one too. I found a copy of Web Design in a Nutshell and built my first website with Notepad. This is the splash screen of the that link. As time went on, I added more pages using tools we had at school (Netscape Composer, FrontPage, Microsoft Office exports.) I never hosted this anywhere nor knew how. The page is an time capsule from a 2nd through 5th grader. It's pretty bizarre and fun.

Jifted Land (2003-2005): In 6th grade I started another website this time using bootleg copies of Macromedia Dreamweaver and Flash. It was intended to link to phpbb forums my friends and I used and later became a place to host projects, pictures, and even run an Winamp radio station. The name of this site was "Jifted Land" in homage to my 7th and 8th grade science teacher Mr. Bradley who once made fun of our entire class: "you aren't gifted, you're jifted." The content is all reflective of what middle school nerd would have been into in the early '00s. This site was hosted by my uncle at the domain at yashar.biz for a long time. I stopped maintaining the site when I went to high school.

Portfolio Site (2011-2025): In 2011, I started working on consulting projects professionally, and I felt I needed a more professional landing page which lead to v1 of this site. I'm a bit embarassed this site had such a long life.
